Our year 6 Book Bloggers wanted an area within the library that showcased books aimed at a female audience. We have spent the last couple of weeks sourcing props to advertise and display the books the girls wished to promote. Miss Jarvis managed to find us a dolls house for free - the perfect size to use as a book shelf!
They have filled the shelves with a variety of fiction and non-fiction texts. Including books from the series, Little People, Big Dreams, all of which focus on women who have changed the world.
Using the car, which they were also gifted, they have made an area for new and exciting titles.
Together, they created a Book Review sheet to encourage others to review the stories they read, as well as read them. Please help yourself to one next time you visit.
