A wonderful afternoon of story-sharing was spent at Harold Hill Library yesterday. Spinebreakers from Year 1, Redwood and Larch had the children's area to themselves, as they browsed the shelves for books to read together.
Vanessa was super excited for her afternoon; she skipped all the way to the Library! Together, we read stories featuring ten fat sausages, a dog who wore boots to make himself taller, and the magical tale of Cinderella.
The Spinebreakers will visit Harold Hill Library every few weeks. We feel it is important to create links with our local library and celebrate the wonderful books they have.
