Yesterday our Spinebreakers took a trip to Waterstones to choose some new books for the school library. Each child had the opportunity to pick out two new books that would make interesting reads for themselves and their classmates. Some had the books in mind that they were after, but with hundreds on offer it was a hard decision choosing!
After exploring Waterstones' children area we made our way upstairs to Costa where everyone was treated to cake.
Altogether we purchased 24 new books which will be on display once we return after the school break. Over the week the Spinebreakers will be reading the books they chose and will be reviewing them as soon as they return!
