Lunchtime library club
Last week, our lunchtime Library Club children continued completing activity sheets all about their favourite books and book characters.
Book of the Week
The Book of the Week last week was Baby's First Jailbreak by Jim Whalley & Stephen Collins. Queues at Baby Frank's famous zoo are dwindling and there's only one person responsible...Meet Baby Bruce. He's greedy, fame-hungry and he's opened up a rival zoo nearby. The problem is, all the animals at Baby Bruce's zoo are unhappy. What's Baby Frank to do? Face his nemesis and stage an epic baby jail break, of course. Hold on, this is going to be one great escape!
Chatterbooks sessions
Last week, new library Chatterbooks groups enjoyed their first sessions of the Julia Donaldson classic, The Paper Dolls.

Urgent request - Returning borrowed library books
We have so many lovely books in our library but, unfortunately, many of them get borrowed by a child and then never returned to the library. Please can you check at home to see if you have any Broadford library books (stamped inside/Broadford logo attached). If you do, please pass them to your child to return to the library asap, where our Book Monster is waiting to eat them! Thank you.
