You may have seen over on our Library Instagram page that the new Reading Scrapbook has been travelling through Broadford over the last few weeks.
It spent a week in Almond Class, where the pages were filled with creativity based on the story 'Call Me Lion'. The Walnut Spinebreakers collected the book and delivered it to it's next destination - Pine Class!
Pine Class were super excited to start sharing their end of day read, Gangsta Granny. They even bought wigs to dress up as David Walliams's mischievous character!
The scrapbook was collected by Olaf and Munsha, our Beech Spinebreakers. After writing their notecard, they dropped the scrapbook in to Larch Class, where the children filled the pages with work based on the story Krindlekrax.
Today, Pine Spinebreakers collected the scrapbook and passed it onto Cedar Class. The children will have a week to share what they have been reading as part of their end of day read.
