Welcome back! Our reading assemblies started up again this week for the final weeks of this academic year.
Miss Hamilton lead this week's Key Stage 2 assembly with 'How to be Extra-Ordinary' by Rashmi Sirdeshpande. This book contains fifteen true stories of incredible humans, such as, David Attenborough, Mo Farah, Stephen Hawking and Michelle Obama. This book can be found on the Year 4 Reading Tracker.
Before we broke up for the half-term, we gave out certificates to the following children:
Inaya, Nico, Adon, Alayna, Farzaan, Serghei, Tillie-Rose, Layla and Adelina for reading five books.
Lukas and Tesha for reading ten books.
And Levi, Leonard, Jack, Rylie-Mae, Ashlean, Brodie, Manreet. Isabella, Issam, Alexandra and Sophia for reading all fifteen books that feature on the 105 Books trackers.
