Broadford's Summer Reading Challenge

On Saturday, libraries across the country began their Creepy House summer reading challenge. For those of you that are not signing up, or wish to read a little extra, there are reading logs available in the library to use during the holidays. You can use you reading log alongside the Creepy House reading challenge, recording books you have read and completing short reviews. Finish your reading log during the six weeks to receive some tasty treats in September! There are extra activity sheets you can add to your reading log, the more activities you do, the more treats you'll receive.

Don't forget to change your reading books before we break up. During the holidays you can borrow two books instead of one. There are bags available to keep your books in, just ask when you visit.

The reading challenge is open to both key stage one and two. Have fun!
